Todays teenagers face more challenges than ever before.
Karate develops the skills to overcome these challenges, leaving them feeling safe, confident and in control of their lives.

TEENS KARATE

Teens are under so much stress in todays world:

  • Pressure to do well at school

  • Social media impacting body image and self esteem

  • Rising levels of anxiety in Australian Youth

  • Social conflicts at school and home

  • Entering the workforce where they interact with members of the public

What if we told you, there’s a way for our teens to build the skills to
take it all in their stride and do it within a community where they’re supported and feel like they fit in.

TEENS WHO DO KARATE:

  • Can protect themselves

  • Feel strong in body and mind

  • Have a place to truly be themselves

  • Can step away from their screens and really connect with others

  • Can deal with stress and anxiety in a healthy way

  • Have the resilience, confidence, focus and self discipline necessary to make the most of their lives

People don’t start karate because they’re confident. They become confident because they started karate.

Ray S

“I can highly recommend this club. Craig is the best teacher I have ever trained with. The best in Melbourne. If you want to learn karate I mean real karate that has a long history, this is the club. Love the style and the people. I have trained at many other clubs and styles but this one is the best.”
