KSK is able to offer targeted, programs to all age groups from 3yrs to Seniors. We understand the different learning needs and goals associated with different class groups.

Kinder Karate 3 & 4 years
We are proud to offer our unique Kinder Karate Program, designed specifically for the little ones, in order to help get them ready for school, and to advance to our traditional karate classes.
This class aims to develop, both gross and fine motor skills, balance, and encourage your child to learn in a structured environment, following teachers' instructions and learning to work with others.
Classes run for 30 minutes on Thursday and Friday afternoons, 4:30pm.
Pee Wee Karate 5 & 6 years
Our Pee Wee Classes are designed to specifically cater for the needs of the 5 and 6 year Karate student.
This class is a lot of fun, the learning environment encourages the children to achieve, and develops their self esteem and self confidence through their personal achievements.
Pee Wee students are taught a basic technical program setting up strong foundations for future karate training, and of course healthy minds and bodies.
Junior Karate 7 to 12 years
Our Junior Karate classes are of course designed to develop your childs self esteem and self confidence. I feel that the greatest thing we can do for you and your children is encourage them to develop a sense of community.
The dojo is a safe encouraging environment, where children can push themselves physically and mentally to achieve amazing personal goals in all aspects of their lives.
Teen and Adult Karate
Teenage to more mature (you'd be surprised!) Karate Training is hard work, great for your own person development, but most importantly it's FUN!

All of these attributes are vitally important the older we get. But most of all karate training is an opportunity to meet new like minded people and have a laugh together.
