We offer a unique fitness program catering for all your family members.
Train in our newly equipped Cardio studio while your kids have a ball and are taught life skills in our traditional karate classes.

 The cardio studio is for all adult members to use plus parents can join and also use the brand new state of the art equipment while their kids train.  There is a 100cm LCD screen which shows the karate dojo and each machine has a TV so parents can watch the class while they train!  Parents can pay $20 per fortnight for unlimited use or $10 per casual visit.
